More than three millennia have passed since humanity left its homeland.

The discovery of the Sophia Triad has meant that scientific theories impossible to prove could not only be experimented to verify their veracity, but each of them could be carried out.

Now, hundreds of cultures born at the dawn of space navigation and evolved by the power of the three materials, each of the planets of thousands of solar systems is disputed.

It does not matter if the planet can host life or not when it is discovered, the only important thing is that it is terraformed before any other rival does.

Each Dark Matter game consists of 4 complete rounds of play.

Each round involves one turn for each of the players.

At the end of the fourth round the victory points are counted, the winner being the player with the highest score tion.
