Futuropia

Futuropia places players in a utopian society with a lifestyle of attractive qualities for citizens that, unfortunately, has not yet come true. After all, we want to work less. Robots can already do almost everything. There is no need to envy anything, it is simply about equality, justice and the fair distribution of work that is still necessary, so that ALL of us have more free time.

Succeeding means that we will have time for the activities we like most: fishing, farming, fencing, flying ... as well as playing, building, painting, traveling, composing and more. If someone wants to work more than necessary, they should be able to do it. This game is about the freedom to create. So let's rethink: not working is no longer a disgrace, it is the new goal!

We are members of a team that tries to carry out this utopian ideal. We try to develop an autonomous complex that works as efficiently as possible. It must generate enough food and energy to allow its residents as much freedom as possible (i.e. free time). The more people in the complex that do not need to work, the closer we will be to reach our goal. Whoever has the best complex will win the game and his complex will be the one that eventually becomes a reality.
