Twenty years after the end of the Manhattan Project, the world's superpowers are embroiled in another fierce arms race. Manufacturing nuclear weapons is no longer an obstacle; all nations are now capable of producing them at a rapid rate. The challenge of this era lies in the development of various launch systems called the "Nuclear Triad": strategic bombers, ballistic submarines, and land-based ballistic missiles.

Each player represents one of the superpowers in the arms race. At different stages during the game, players will score four different categories:

  • Strategic bombers
  • Ballistic submarines
  • Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles
  • Short-range missiles deployed in third world nations.


In addition to earning points for deploying nuclear weapons during scoring rounds, players can also earn defensive bonuses for mitigating the threat from other players.

To perform their task, players will recruit 4 different types of workers:

  • Workers, who operate in your buildings
  • Spies, who operate on your opponent's buildings for your benefit
  • Politicians, who generate tax revenue and gain control of third world nations.
  • Generals, who deploy their bombers, submarines and missiles abroad


You will also build and operate 6 different types of buildings:

  • Factories, which produce submarines and airplanes.
  • Research facilities, which allow you to improve your position in 5 different technologies
  • Reactors, which produce nuclear weapons.
  • Silos, which are armed with ICBMs.
  • Test zones, which allow you to detonate nuclear weapons in your own territory to earn points
  • ABM shuttles, which provide defensive bonuses against various threats


The game ends after all scoring events have been completed.

The player with the most points will be the winner.
