Help Arrives!

Help Arrives! is a tactical strategy game, the fifth in the War Storm Series (WSS), about the Spanish Civil War and the international units that participated in the conflict: CTV, international brigades, the Condor Legion, Soviet aid and many more.

International brigades, Corpo Truppe Voluntarie, the Condor Legion, Soviet T-26B, German Pz I Ausf A, POUM Militias, all of them will fight in the fierce battles that Help Arrives! bring to your table.

With an improved version of the rules of the War Storm Series system, it adapts the series to the conflict and introduces campaigns such as the Battle of Madrid, Guadalajara or the Ebro, among others.

In addition, the new Tactical Ability of the officers will make military training or its lack, one of the key elements in the conflict, have greater prominence, along with the morale of the combatants.

Scale

The scale is section level, with units representing groups of between 30 and 40 soldiers. Each hexagon on the map represents a distance of approximately 150 to 200 meters. The scenarios are divided into turns that represent approximately 12-15 minutes of action.


Game system

The series is based on the principle of simultaneous execution "WE GO". Each activation will be from a single company, so there is no waiting between shifts! This title also incorporates a set of highly didactic rules adapted to facilitate the learning curve for new players. After a few pages, you will be able to play the first scenario. The emphasis of the War Storm Series system is based on command, with officers at the heart of the game. Help Arrives! goes one step further, introducing a new concept in the series, Tactical Ability. It uses isomorphic maps, each of which can be aligned with either side of the other maps.
