King Of Tokyo : Power Up

Surviving in Tokyo is now a little more difficult. A new Monster has come to town! Discover Pandakai! Each Monster now has a set of custom Evolution cards that can be purchased during the game. Some of them are discarded when played, but others will remain active until the end (like the permanent cards from the base game). You can keep all your Evolutions secret until you play them.
