That is the troika! It is a work of fiction, set in a fictional country where there may be corrupt and incompetent leaders, gloomy economic interests and power groups that flood the country, causing the collapse of the state and the arrival of the Troika. Any resemblance to actual events, entities and real persons is purely coincidental.

The game is a satire of the dynamics of power, influence and pressure, which dominate the life of a democratic society. Each player represents the interests of more or less obscure groups through political, social and economic manipulation attempts to gain power, money and votes. The player with the most points by creating a network of influence, creating political consensus, win elections, the accumulation of cash and certificates of deposits in tax havens.
