Enter and escape the interior of the great Mechanical Beast.
Mechanical Beast is a tile-laying/manipulation game tiles for 1 to 4 players, in which you play as a group of exploration engineers who, together with their android assistant, must explore the inside of a giant robot to find its control room and deactivate it.
During the first part of the game, the maze will grow as you explore, until you find the off switch. For the rest of the game, the rooms collapse around you and you must quickly make your way to the exit before the robot blocks you, trapping you forever in its bowels. To help you find a way out, you can change the layout of the rooms using the gears you find inside. You win if you get everyone including your trusted android and everyone you find inside out of the beast.
This game can be played solo, co-op or competitive with up to 4 players.
Beast Mechanics was the winner of the 2019 BoardGameGeek print n' play contest in the “Best Game” and “Best Solo Game” categories.
