Tired, sweaty and in some cases still covered in blood, the legion marched along the boulevard towards the provincial capital.

Between the soothing, shady trees along the avenue, there were always magnificent statues that seemed benevolently looking down on the heroes of the battle.

Among the statues there were mostly some of the innumerable gods of Rome and of course some of the godlike emperor. But now and then one of a deserving legionnaire who had risen to the rank of centurion could also be seen.

Many a simple soldier saw himself carved in stone one day as he passed the statues. ..

The seven statues (incl. base) can of course also be used in scenarios from other epochs!

They are suitable for use in tabletop, skirmish and dungeon games -Games of the genres historical, fantasy, steampunk and modern times.
