Intrigue in the Court of Chaos

Intrigue in the Court of Chaos embraces one of the fundamental differences that make Dungeon Classics unique from other fantasy RPGs: there is no need to wait for the PCs to become high-level heroes before embarking on adventures that spread across the cosmos!

In this adventure, the PCs' enemies are not simple goblins looting agricultural communities, but extra-flat entities, some of which are directly involved in the dispute between the forces of Law, Chaos, and Neutrality. From its very beginning, Intrigue in the Court of Chaos sends the PCs to travel the multiverse, to visit the Planes of Chaos and Law, and to negotiate (and sometimes fight) with the alien beings who call these dimensions home. It's a far cry from another kobold match for a handful of copper pieces! In the course of their interdimensional adventure, the PCs will have the opportunity to earn the gratitude of 36 powerful beings ... and perhaps their animosity, if they do not proceed with caution.

Regardless of how events unfold, Intrigue in the Court of Chaos is destined to be an adventure from their beginnings as adventurers that players will remember, with more or less fondness.
