Lutier (Spanish)

In Lutier, we travel to 18th-century Europe, the golden age of classical music. Players will take on the roles of master craftsmen specializing in the construction of musical instruments. Your clients will be influential nobles, virtuoso performers, and renowned composers such as Bach, Beethoven, and Mozart. To win, you must achieve the highest possible reputation by crafting and repairing instruments in your workshop and fulfilling the demands of prestigious patrons.

Mechanically, Lutier combines worker placement with a highly original bidding system, leading to constant strategic decisions about which actions to take. Furthermore, each player must carefully manage resources to create unique instruments and win the favor of their clients, who will reward the most efficient craftsmen, provided they don't run out of patience.

Throughout the game, players can specialize their workers in different areas, such as instrument making, repairing damaged pieces, or developing apprentices. This progression adds depth to the game and allows you to explore multiple styles and paths to victory.

The experience is enhanced by meticulous production, evocative illustrations, and a wide variety of components that fully immerse you in the musical atmosphere of the 18th century. The game also includes a tutorial manual to facilitate your first games and guide beginners step by step.

Designed by Dave Beck and Abraham Burson, and illustrated by Vincent Dutrait and Guillaume Tavernier, Lutier can be enjoyed solo or in groups of up to 4 players, ages 14 and up, in sessions of 90 to 120 minutes.
