Terraforming Mars: Amazonis Planitia

Explore the ancient sea of ​​Vastitas Borealis or play on the massive Amazonis map, which has longer global parameter meters! Each map features a new region of Mars, with different placement bonuses, ocean areas, and new landmarks and rewards.

AMAZONIS PLANITIA
This map is named after the lava plains west of the majestic Olympus Mons. This area is packed with energy bonuses and is
extremely flat and smooth compared to the mountain ranges and craters that cover most of the surface of Mars. This large map has longer global parameter meters, which improve the gameplay experience for 4 or 5 players. Or maybe you just want more space
to colonize and terraform to your heart's content. You'll also find wildcard resources, which allow you to gain 1 standard of your choice. Delegate bonuses will allow you to place delegates at no cost from the supply (ignore this if you're not playing Conflicts). You can place Noctis City wherever you want, and the volcanic areas are marked: Olympus Mons, Ascraeus Mons, Pavonis Mons, Arsia Mons, and Hecates Tholus.

VASTITAS BOREALIS
Vastitas Borealis is a lowland that covers most of the northern hemisphere of Mars. Once upon a time, it was a great ocean! This map revolves around the North Pole, which is mostly ice. Above it is a layer of frozen carbon dioxide, which will be released when you place a tile there. This will increase the temperature, but will cost you €4M. The first landing sites on Mars, Viking 1 and Viking 2, allow you to place 1 delegate at no supply cost (ignore this if you are not playing with Conflicts). The Vastitas map does not have the Noctis region, so you can place Noctis City wherever you want. However, it does have 4 volcanic areas where you can place tiles like the Lava Rivers tiles: Hecates Tholus, Elysium Mons, Alba Mons, and Uranius Tholus.
