IONIC German Heer SGM and Splittermuster Uniforms

This set of 12 paints contains all the colors needed to paint the German uniform from 1943-1945, including the classic feldgreu and the splittermuster camouflage used by the Heer for the tent/poncho, as well as for the camouflage helmet covers. The set includes two shades of feldgreu, a dark one ideal for the helmet and suitable for creating shadows on the uniform, and a lighter one representative of the legendary greenish-gray color of the German uniform. For the splittermuster camouflage, the set includes two different shades as a base, one darker and one lighter, which can be used as shadow and light respectively; or as two different base colors (there were different versions of the camouflage). In addition, the set includes three other colors to define the camouflage, including dark brown and olive green for painting the angular camouflage patches, and a dark green for the "raindrops," or thin vertical lines that characterize this camouflage. The set is completed with various shades of brown and black for painting the German soldier's equipment, including the straps, bread bag, canteen, and cartridge belts.

Finally, a universal color is included for creating lighter tones and applying highlights: Vanilla. Although all of these colors can be used as such to paint each element of the figure, they can also be combined to create new colors or shades, especially to create volumes by playing with light and shadow.
