Prices:

All prices listed in the list of our products include VAT of 21% or 4%, except transcription error or computer problems.

Orders sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, shipments to countries not belonging to the EEC or to countries of the EEC that have an intra-Community VAT will be exempt from paying this tax. In these cases the customs systems of each place will apply the corresponding tax charges, which must be paid at destination by the customer.

Prices displayed on the website www.turolgames.com may be reviewed and modified at any time if conditions require.

Guarantee of our products:

Customers of turolgames.com benefit from the trust our suppliers offer, always using top-quality materials. Therefore, all products offer the legally required warranty.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of materials, or wear and tear caused by abnormal product usage, are not covered by this warranty.

Decreases in product functionality due to design limitations are also excluded from this warranty.


Collectible and Display Figures:

Due to the complex management of these products, returns and cancellations are not accepted for orders of busts, figures, statues, dioramas, lamps & money boxes, plush toys, and playsets, except in the case of damaged or defective items, which will be collected or exchanged for similar items.

Returns and product changes:

Our customer service department offers an after-sales service to resolve any issues with our products or shipments, through which we strive to provide prompt and efficient customer service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, with the exception of busts, figures, statues, dioramas, lamps & money boxes, plush toys, and playsets.

To make a return, simply send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all warranties, labels, and instructions for use.

It is very important that you return the products to us properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the products are damaged during shipping, the return cannot be accepted.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that everything is correct, we will validate the return of the product. We will proceed to refund the amount of the product using the payment method chosen at the time of purchase, or, if applicable, we will send a new product if requested by the customer.

Occasionally, shipments abroad may incur additional costs at the country's customs office or taxes. If the customer does not pay these costs and the package is abandoned at customs, we will not refund the order amount.

In the case of incorrect or externally damaged products, the return costs will be borne by turolgames.com.

You have a maximum of two days from receipt of the package to claim damages.

Internal parts that are defective from the factory must be requested by the customer directly from the parent publisher.



Dates of delivery and availability of products:

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment if the product is in stock, if not the delivery time is between 8 and 10 business days, through Transport Agency with number tracing.

In order to provide more information to our customers, some of the products may have estimated reception dates in our warehouses. These dates are orientative and are provided by the factory and may be longer than the account.

There may be products that are marked as "Check Availability" it is better to consult such availability because they are products that may be few units in storage and may be the case that there is a "lack" and are not available for shipment .
