As with all metallic paints, they offer a much more intense, deeper, and more realistic visual result when applied over a dark base, especially black, as this type of base color or primer better enhances the brilliance, richness of the metallic pigment, and contrast of the final finish. For this reason, to achieve the best possible effect, we recommend applying a flexible black primer beforehand, especially in projects where a more uniform, opaque, and vibrant metallic finish is desired. To improve adhesion and prevent peeling, it is important to thoroughly clean and prepare the surface. Some materials may require sanding or priming to improve adhesion. It should always be applied in very thin coats, especially the first coat. Second and subsequent coats should be applied while the first coat is tacky, meaning the paint doesn't stain but you can feel that it's not completely dry. Incorrect or very thick applications, or simply large accumulations of paint, can impair adhesion and create wrinkles.

For best results, the complete drying process should be respected, with a recommended curing time of at least 24 hours, especially if painting on a low-adhesion surface. Applying it with an airbrush or spray gun allows for extremely thin and even coatings, reducing the risk of flaking. Painting with non-flexible paints on top does not guarantee that subsequent coats will acquire flexibility.
