Do you know animals that have big ears? And that also live in Europe? And that can fly? In Wild Facts, you'll have to know all that and more... or make everyone think you do. Each game is a challenge that will test your knowledge of the animal kingdom.

A game of cunning and knowledge

In each round, you and the other players will take turns placing a fact card from your hand on the table. Always have an animal in mind that meets all the characteristics on the table. At any time, another person can challenge you to name an animal! But if no one challenges you, you're out, and the turn passes to the next person.

During a challenge, the person challenged must name an animal. You can't look it up online; only what you know or think you know about the animal kingdom counts. If the animal is correct, the person challenged hands a card from their hand to the challenger. If the animal is incorrect, the challenger gives a card to the challenged person.

You can only use the internet to check the result of the challenge. When you do, the round ends, all the fact cards are discarded, and you can start a new round. The game ends when one person runs out of fact cards.

Various Game Modes

Have you already burned through the base game? Need more ways to show off all your animal knowledge? Wild Facts has four other game modes of varying difficulty, for all of you who haven't missed a single episode of Man and the Earth.

Animal Fans: The game begins with two fact cards on the table. Everyone must try to name an animal that meets all the characteristics, without repeating an animal. If they succeed, each person scores 1 point for each fact card on the table. When everyone has named an animal or passed, another fact card is revealed. Whoever gets 9 points first wins. Animal Detectives: One person becomes the judge and the rest become detectives. The judge must think of an animal, and the others, taking turns, must give the judge a fact card. The judge must place each card in one of three columns: "true," "false," or "maybe," depending on the animal they thought of. If one of the detectives successfully guesses the animal or everyone has played four turns, the round ends.
Animal Towers: In this game mode, you must collect as many fact cards as possible with a single animal. At the beginning of the round, three columns of fact cards are created. On your turn, choose a column and name an animal, then take all the fact cards that match that animal. You cannot name the same animal twice in the same round.
Animal Dominoes: In this game mode, the top card of the deck is placed face up in the center of the table. All cards placed must be adjacent to at least one face up fact card. When you place a card, name an animal that matches the characteristics of all the cards in the same row and column.
