August, the terrace full, customers ready to ask for the most varied drinks and a pack of waiters eager for tips.

We already feel it but you are not one of the customers sitting comfortably but a waiter who must attend quickly and efficiently to the more customers better to get more tips than the rest of your colleagues.

You must take note of the customers, with a smile, and go to the bar to sing the orders. But each trip to the bar involves a waste of valuable time. What if you went to the bar every two orders? What if you could do it every three or more?

If you have a good memory you can get it and save time. But poor of you that you are wrong or you will have to deal with disgruntled customers.
