Two rivals fight over the floating remnants of the old world flotillas. But the resources are scarce and so fairness is required. Between the floating remnants of civilization you want to become the best seasteader. Recover sought-after resources on your Dive Platoons. Construct new buildings to meet the needs of the growing colony. Clean up the seas and rid them of toxic pollutants. And who knows, with the right knack for trading and your fellow human beings, you might make your homeland the most successful of all flotillas! In Seastead you want to build an infrastructure, but you can't do it alone. Negotiate a good deal with your opponent and gain the upper hand yourself. Dive to the bottom of the sea in search of resources, but remember: only half of what you find is yours! Share resources with your opponent and try to keep the best for yourself. Build shipyards, academies and ports and give the people on the flotillas a better life.
