As the empires prepare for further clashes, something new has arrived to change the balance of power. A hoard of ancient artifacts has been discovered, each one capable of changing the course of a battle. However, each artifact carries a curse that falls on anyone foolish or greedy enough to use its power. Meanwhile, the denizens of the realms have begun building great castles, dungeons, and crypts filled with undead to strengthen their lands. And from beyond the mortal world, even the Outsiders have begun to join the fray from their own spheres... The Cursed Treasure is an expansion to Fantastic Realms, and consists of two parts that are added to the base game either individually or together cards with cursed items that form their own deck and three new card suits that represent new structures and denizens that are added to the card deck of the base game.
