The contact with the Combined Civilization generated a series of changes in the culture and society of the Morat Supremacy. Suddenly, a diplomatic service was necessary, something previously completely useless for the Morat, who already had their Aggression Forces to fulfill this type of task. The old soldiers protested bitterly: the diplomats were for the weak and inferior races. With the creation of a diplomatic division was transmitted the ridiculous sign that the Supremacy was softening, becoming a breed of weeping puppies, like all those spices that had submitted. This simple fact would tarnish a prestige and a reputation of implacability of centuries of antiquity. To avoid such a thing, the Rasyatnat, the Diplomatic Division, was understood as a new unit of the Morat Aggression Force, a division that, despite its youth, would be considered elite. Only the most hard, dangerous, quarrelsome and xenophobic Gesurat could be diplomatic and belong to the Rasyatnat. Its basic operational profile is based on incursion actions in the middle of the enemy's heart to know and feel their weaknesses through handcuffs. Since its foundation, the training received by the members of this unit places a special emphasis on aggression and generating extreme violence throughout the combat. Such was the prestige acquired by the Diplomatic Division that soon all the Morat regiments competed in Sotaraks to get their representatives to be part of the aggressive diplomatic service of the Supremacy. And it is that the Rasyatnat is the purest incarnation of the Morat philosophy, applied directly: "The greatest weapon is always the winner in any negotiation".
