They are instruments of sheer chaos on the battlefield, rushing forward and taking a bloody toll with their scythe-like appendages, leaving only gory ruins in their wake. The survivors speak of a sharp cry that is only on the edge of hearing and permeates their memories. A sound heard deeper than the screams of their fallen comrades. This is the only sound an abomination can make, the only sound it is allowed to make: a sharp howl to convey the depth of its misery and agony.
