This ESD convoluted foam tray is used to protect sensitive electronics such as smartphones, SSDs and hard drives during transport. High-quality polyurethane (PU) foam offers superior protection against electrostatic discharge. Thanks to its wavy shape, the foam adapts to the transported merchandise, keeps it in position and has a shock-absorbing effect in the event of falls.

We recommend using the knob foam as protection on the lid of the transport boxes as it prevents your products from hitting the top of the box and getting damaged.

The intricate foam is made to fit the lids of all Euro boxes by "AUER Packaging" with the surface 400 mm x 300 mm base. Since the foam is self-adhesive on one side, no other equipment is required to secure it to the lid of the shipping cartons.
