The texture roller is designed for precisely imprinting textures on putties, clays, and modeling pastes. It is made of durable, non-toxic, transparent PMMA plastic with a non-stick finish for ease of use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Knead or mix the putty or clay according to the manufacturer's instructions until a suitable consistency is achieved.
2. Spread the material onto the surface to be textured, ensuring it is smooth and uniform. It is recommended to first use a smooth roller to prepare the base.
3. If the putty sticks, lightly dampen the roller or apply a thin layer of modeling petroleum jelly to prevent sticking.
4. Roll with constant pressure to achieve a uniform and defined texture.
5. After drying or hardening, remove any excess with the appropriate tools.

MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY:

This roller works with many putties and clays.

Polymer clays, such as Super Sculpey, do not harden until baked, which makes it easier to make corrections beforehand. If you are using MDF wood bases, these can be baked along with the piece at 150°C for 15 minutes. The wood withstands the heat, although it may release a slight odor.

With epoxy putties, the process varies. Green stuff is sticky, so It is recommended to wet the roller or use petroleum jelly to prevent sticking. Applying talcum powder is also helpful.

Milliput putty is compatible, but it is advisable not to wet it too much. If it is very sticky, knead it until the texture improves.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

Clean the roller with water after use. For stubborn residue, use the Scratch brushes for a thorough cleaning.
