Textured Hexagon Roller

The textured roller is ideal for applying textures to putties, clays, and modeling pastes. It is made of transparent PMMA plastic, a durable, non-toxic material with non-stick properties that make it easy to use.

USE:

1. Knead or mix the putty or clay according to the manufacturer's instructions until you obtain a suitable texture.
2. Spread the material onto the surface you want to texture, making sure it is uniform and smooth. It is recommended to smooth it beforehand with a smooth roller for better results.
3. If The putty tends to stick; lightly dampen the roller or use a thin layer of modeling petroleum jelly to prevent sticking. Roll with consistent pressure to achieve a smooth, even texture. Once the material has dried or hardened, remove any excess with appropriate tools. COMPATIBILITY: This roller is compatible with a wide variety of putties and clays. Polymer clays, such as Super Sculpey, do not harden until baked, making corrections easier. If you are using MDF wood bases, these can be baked along with the piece at 150°C for 15 minutes, resisting the heat and releasing a slight aroma. For epoxy putties, the technique changes. Green stuff is very sticky, so it is recommended to dampen the roller or apply modeling petroleum jelly. Talcum powder can also be used to reduce sticking. Milliput putty is compatible, but avoid over-wetting it. If it's sticky, knead it to improve the texture. *** Clean the rollers after use to maintain their condition and details.
