They are two predestined people and two stories to discover. Two inhabitants of the world brought together by chance in a capricious and random way. Two people who must meet, help, or confront each other at specific times and in specific ways, influencing each other throughout their lives. Friends, sisters, fearsome enemies, or simply strangers.

A narrative game designed for two people, with the possibility of adding a third person as a guide to facilitate the game experience, with no preparation required. In They, the lives of two people are recreated, from their birth (on the same day, same month, same year) to their death.

It emulates the passage of time in the story of the two protagonists, who have a unique and special ability: appearing at decisive moments in each other's lives. Furthermore, and following the path of 7 Days of Voyage, the game provides a framework of rules and structure that can be adapted to a multitude of settings. In the manual, there are 7 "peculiarities" (which act as settings): you can play as Valkyries, hunters of creatures of the night, or androids teeming with life. It can be a story of traditional culture or a story of time travel fraught with danger, parallel universes connected by free will, etc.

If you like 7 Days of Voyage, you'll (probably) like Them (and vice versa, of course). It's less harsh on rolls and results, but the engine is "Charged with Emotion." In Ellas, the "peculiarities" are even shorter for the participants to design (they take up an A5 size), and are accompanied by musical recommendations.
