On a cliff near the fishing village of Rakovica in the Mertalian League of Cities rises the Glimmering Tower, which is both a landmark and a bad omen: whenever the blue flame blazes on the top of the tower, the area is hit by natural disasters. When the adventurers narrowly avoid a shipwreck during such a shimmer, the procurator of Rakovica tasks them with finally solving the mystery of the shimmering tower. But in addition to detective instincts, they also need social skills and a strong weapon arm. Can the adventurers solve the mystery of the Glimmer Tower?
