Otherworldly Love is a romantic and social relationship role-playing game set in a Lovecraftian universe. As its own name indicates, the two fundamental pillars of this universe are love and cosmic horror. Relationships and feelings of love and friendship have a fundamental basis. These feelings must be cared for in order to move between the different states of supernatural reality. Disconnecting from them will cause the characters to lose their humanity and therefore lose all their sanity. The gamers play mostly young people, who begin to experience the first intense emotions of love, hate, betrayal, passion and, ultimately, strong feelings for other people. This will cause them, in an apparently inexplicable way, to find themselves involved in strange situations, murders, mysteries and intrigues that seem to put them at the center of everything.
