Several serious-looking men and women sit around a long table in a dimly lit room. The meeting is chaired by a man with long silver hair and a black suit who sits at one end of the table. His left eye lacks an iris and a pupil, with the cornea tinted an unnatural light blue. On the table there is an old machine that projects a photo of a junk town on the wall. The bedroom door opens. Two people enter wrapped in shadows. "Number 2 and Number 3, report back," the white-haired man demands. "Thank you, Number 1," replies one of the newcomers. "We have a lot to do". This Zone Manual for Mutant: Year Zero includes four exciting special Zone sectors: "Imperator Hotel. The mysterious Circle of the Brain has established their headquarters in an old hotel.
