As the light of the stars began to fade, a New Dark Age descended upon the Known Worlds. It was then that Alexius rose to power, amid the ashes of war and ruin, and ushered in a new era of hope. Set in a distant future in which humanity has colonized the stars thanks to a technology that does not belong to them: the Jump Portals, abandoned by an enigmatic alien species that has already disappeared.
