Get ready for the blackout in Blackout - Hong Kong! Hong Kong has suffered an unexpected total blackout that has plunged the city into total darkness. As the government tries to maintain control, you decide to intervene at your own risk to restore social order. The day to day of all the inhabitants of the city has dissolved in the gloom. Even the most basic tasks become a challenge without electrical power. Whoever handles the situation best and helps restore order may possibly be able to claim a position of power in the city after the big blackout in Hong Kong! In Blackout - Hong Kong, you will have to coordinate your team of volunteers and specialists and use the scarce resources at your disposal to prevent Hong Kong from descending into chaos.

In Blackout Hong Kong, you will be in charge of a team of volunteers who will make up your starting hand. In each turn, you will have to plan which cards you are going to use to receive resources, complete objectives, accumulate them in your ranks, etc. in order to secure districts and score victory points.
