- Deck of 36 cards, classified by "categories" (standing, sitting, push-ups, extensions and inverted) and by "difficulty level" (1 frog: easy, 2 frogs: intermediate, 3 frogs: difficult). (size 14x10 cm)
- Manual of yoga postures: Where the technique to do each posture correctly and its benefits are explained. (size A5)
- Rules of the game, which includes 3 modalities: "Buddha says","Frog race" and"Guess my postures", classified by age and difficulty. (size A5)
- Score cards and cloth bag to store them.
