Opaque Acrylic Paints

This range of opaque colors is a line specially designed for hobby modeling and miniature painting. It includes 24 colors that are desaturated in pigmentation but have high coverage.

They are neither transparent nor translucent, and when applied to a surface, they cover what is underneath, concealing any previous layers or simply requiring fewer layers, most often just one. They are thicker and have a high concentration of pigments, making them excellent for achieving solid and vibrant color coverage. They are commonly used in crafts as well as for model painting and dioramas, to create rich, opaque finishes.

Use them as a base paint to begin your projects, or in areas where high coverage is needed. Complement them with other modeling paints or inks to add saturation and color intensity. Thin with water or acrylic thinner for use with an airbrush.

This range is sold in dropper bottles with a metal mixing ball that allows for quick mixing. This type of dropper bottle, with the help of its stopper, will also greatly extend its shelf life by virtually isolating it from contact with air.
