Black Steel Pigment

These earthy pigments are designed to replicate the look of polished metal. A metallic sheen is achieved by gently rubbing the pigments. This is especially useful for cannons, barrels, exhaust pipes, and other pipes.

They can be applied to any surface, preferably matte black, and should be gently rubbed in with cotton, a brush, or your fingertips. It is recommended to mix in a small amount of Master Medium to act as a fixative and prevent the pigments from flakeing off if touched. Subsequent use of fixatives or varnishes may alter the final effect.
