In the bleak and decrepit port town of Innsmouth, a complicated plan begins to fall into place. A government agent has disappeared. There have been sightings of strange creatures near the reef off the coast. The heavenly bodies align. And caught at the center of this conspiracy, several outsiders wake up in a deadly pit with no memory of how they got there or how to escape.
