On your turn, you'll need to manipulate the claw machine to get the best plushies and, at the same time, make it harder for the other players. You'll need to carefully spend and reload your arrows to move the machine's claw. On their turn, each player will add more plushies from the machine to their collection, which will award them points in various ways at the end of the game.
