ThermoArt Armor Grey is an extruded thermoplastic manufactured in Spain by Green Stuff World in sheets, specifically designed for the world of cosplay, modeling, crafts, and the performing arts. This material shares characteristics with other popular thermoplastics, offering great versatility, double-sided adhesive, and excellent malleability.

It is heat-activated using a hot air gun, allowing it to be molded and adapted to any shape before hardening again upon cooling. Its flexibility and ease of manipulation make it ideal for creating armor, weapons, masks, and detailed accessories. Furthermore, it can be cut, sanded, and painted with acrylic paints, guaranteeing professional finishes.

In addition, it is a material that can be cut, sanded and is easily painted with acrylic and flexible paints, which helps achieve professional finishes in any project where it is used. For sanding this material, 280-600 grit sandpaper is recommended.

ThermoArt Armor Grey is a durable and reusable material, made from a blend of polyester and mineral fillers, allowing for corrections by applying heat without wasting material. Its hot-melt adhesive on both sides facilitates joining pieces without the need for additional glue. One side is smooth, while the other has a fine texture, offering different finishing options depending on the project's needs.
