Feldherr ESD foam set + Euro Box ED 43/17 HG for Hard Disks / Mobile Phones / Smartphone / Workshop

This Feldherr ESD foam set with Euro Box ED 43/17 HG enables you to safely store and transport up to 60 electronic devices.

The set contains:

• 1 ESD Eurobox with hinge closure (ED 43/17 HG) by Auer Packaging
• 1 ESD foam tray with 60 slots for electronic devices (DDMESG090)
• 2 ESD foam bases as cover, 20 mm each (DDBA020ESD)
• 1 ESD leveling foam base, 10 mm (DEMENL010ESD)
• 1 ESD convoluted foam tray, self-adhesive (DFNP020ESDS)

The electrostatic dissipative foam tray features 60 slots for the clear and safe storage of electronic devices like e. g. hard disks (2,5"), SSD-mountings (2,5"), mobile phones or smartphones (e. g. iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro).

• Each of the 60 slots is 70 mm long x 8 mm wide x 90 mm deep.

The high-quality polyurethane (PU) foam offers superior protection against electrostatic discharge and thereby ensures safe transport of your electronic goods.

• The foam tray has the dimensions 360 mm x 260 mm x 90 mm height. It has no base.

To protect the electronic devices against shock damages, the set additionally contains two ESD foam bases as cover and one self-adhesive convoluted foam to be attached to the lid of the Euro Box. Furthermore, the set includes one ESD leveling foam base to level the base of the Euro Box.

AUER Packaging's ESD Euro container with hinge lid provides additional protection for the electronic devices contents. The lid and the hinges are manufactured from the same anti-static material as the containers. This prevents electrostatic charges from building up and existing charges are reliably discharged.

Please note: We would like to point out that the flow direction of the material depends on the processing method, so that the finished part may have different electrical properties.
