Feldherr Pick and Pluck foam set for Zarges Mini Box (40861) Eurocontainer / Euro Box.

The set contains:

• 2 pieces of mesh foam double size 550mm x 345mm x 90mm (DS090R)
• 1 piece of foam background 550mm x 345mm x 20mm (DS020B)
• 1 piece of foam 520mm x 320mm x 20mm Threaded (CGNP020S)

This set serves as a permanent insert for your Zarges Mini Box (40861) and fills it to below the trailing edge.

With a combined height of 180 mm, the two rack inserts offer plenty of space for transporting sensitive goods. The grid in the foam material allows the individual adaptation of the foam inserts to all shapes. It is ideal as protection for the transport of various industrial goods such as medical equipment, tool components or technical devices. The grid foam is perforated with a 20mm x 20mm x 90mm height grid as well as a surrounding edge.

The 20mm thick foam cover laid on the floor serves as a Shock-absorbing and optimally cushions even heavy items.

The coiled foam serves as a cover and is glued onto the lid without the need for tools. The cover is slightly smaller than the lid itself to ensure that the Zarges Mini Box closes smoothly with the inserted knots.

The entire set can be assembled without tools according to your personal wishes to be designed, adapted and used.
