Foam tray set for Descent: Journeys in the Dark 2nd Edition - Shadow of Nerekhall board game box

Once the scholars of Nerekhall, with their penchant for black magic - most notably the respected wizard Gargan Sinistrael - plunged much of Terrinoth into chaos. The city has recovered surprisingly well from these dark days. But now, in alleys and dark corners, ominous forces stir again.

This expansion for the Descent again comes with a host of heroes, monsters, and classes. In order not to let you sink into chaos too, at Feldherr we have found a solution. The foam tray set for the Original Descent: Journeys in the Dark Second Edition - Shadow of Nerekhall Board Game Box is divided into two overlapping foam trays (dimensions: 285mm x 285mm x 60mm high and 285mm x 285mm x 30mm high). The set also includes a matching topper made from the same material. We only use high quality foam, free of chlorine and acid.

The upper floor houses the 16 figures of Heroes and Monsters. They will find a safe place, upright or lying down, in compartments exactly adapted to their needs. This protects them from abrasion, which can be very annoying, especially with painted figures. On the other hand, it protects miniatures from bending sensitive parts like claws, swords or spears. Two additional compartments are used to sort playing cards by small size or bridge size. There is also a compartment for Power Dices, one for plastic holders and one for tokens.

The ground floor establishes more order. To help you find the correct map tiles, we have divided this foam tray into four small compartments and one large compartment. This allows you to classify the tiles more clearly. This saves time and nerves that you will probably need for your next adventure. Hero Blades are also safe here. The rule book/question guide is located on top of the foam.

As both inlays have a total height of 95mm, the game box lid protrudes accordingly. p>
