Feldherr Pick and Pluck / Raster foam kit for Auer Packaging Euro Container / Stacking Container.

The set is compatible with the following Auer packaging boxes:

• Euro container with hinged lid, open handles ED 64/22
• Euro container with hinged lid, closed handles ED 64/22 HG
• Euro container case with one handle ED 64/22 1G
• Eurocontainer Case with two handles on the long side ED 64/22 2GL
• Eurocontainer Case with two handles on the front ED 64/22 2GS
• Eurocontainer Case with three handles ED 64/22 2G
• Euro containers with lock ED 64/22 2S

The set consists of:

• 1-Piece Double-Size Pick and Pluck Foam, 550mm x 345mm x 60mm (DS090R)
• 1-Piece Foam Base / Bottom, 550mm x 345mm x 20mm (DS020B)
• 1 piece of self-adhesive spiral foam, 540 mm x 340 mm x 20 mm (CFNP020S)

The grid on the foam allows for adjustment i ndividual foam pieces to all shapes. It is ideal as protection for the transport of various industrial products, such as medical equipment, tool components or technical equipment. The foam is perforated with a 20mm x 20mm x piece height grid (60mm or 70mm) and has a wrap around edge.

The set contains a 20mm thick base. The convoluted foam topper is cut to fit the lid of the Auer Packaging Eurobox. Being equipped with a self-adhesive foil, you do not need any further tools. All you have to do is remove the foil from the foam piece and stick the self-adhesive side to the hinged lid of the Eurobox. In this way, the entire set can be designed, adapted and used according to your personal wishes without the need for additional tools.
