Large Rectangular Plasticard

Plasticard is a plastic material also known as ABS sheets. It has very attractive physical properties for model making. It cuts very well with a simple blade, adheres perfectly to other plastics, and is also very malleable. It can be purchased in sheets of different thicknesses, both smooth and textured, as well as in tubes or even beam-shaped profiles.

The method of working with plasticard is varied. When rounded shapes are needed, it can be heated with boiling water to create the desired curve, and then, upon cooling, it takes that shape. This can be done using plans or by taking direct reference from existing pieces.

Widely used in the world of model making, it can be used to create roofs, floors, cladding, rock, stone, metal plates, and other architectural pieces.
