Emblazoned with the national flag, Mechazoids are the guardian and armoured shield of the metropolises of Great Independent Japan, protecting its main population centres – as well as the most important military installations – from enemies and Mega Beasts alike. But they are also the sword of the JSA in the outer territories, repelling any foreign power foolhardy enough to threaten the sovereignty of their homeland.
