Information garnered is sent back to "The Dragon," allowing him to paint a picture of alliances and positioning within the City. In this way, the Ten Thunders have placed their thumb on Malifauxs pulse, knowing not only what can be seen on the surface, but also the secret plans and angles of many of its influential residents.
