A Cold Fire in the Abyss is a campaign for Pulp Cthulhu set in 1935, when the case of missing persons uncovers a plot that could alter time and trigger the end of the world. A sect plans to unleash the power of the Ancient Ones, and their trail through the Catskill Mountains will lead to the very center of the planet.
In the underground world of K'n-yan, heroes will encounter forgotten secrets, strange knowledge, and haunting inhabitants. Curious cities of gold, ruined temples and dark forests are some of the horrors that lurk below the ground. Still, before the heroes descend into nightmare, they must confront the remnants of ancient worlds, savage highlanders, and paranormal evil. Along the way, heroes may discover that traveling to the end of an ancient city is the only answer. Perhaps the fall of Lomar reveals all the secrets of the past and the future.

Cold Fire in the Abyss is a full six-chapter campaign for Pulp Cthulhu. Introduces new rules and abilities for psychic powers, new spells, information about the natives and the land of K'n-yan, and a new organization of heroes: the Open Mind group. Six ready-to-play heroes are provided.
