Embark on a journey to the 14th century, where the Kingdom of Sardinia is on the brink of greatness. Ambitious nobles vie for control, aiming to make their mark as the most influential Sardinians of all. Command ships, build cities, erect great towers, and settle villagers and priests across Sardinia's rugged landscape.

In Sardinia, players use character cards to deploy and maneuver pieces, claiming influence in the island's 16 provinces. Each round, victory points are up for grabs for the two players with the most influence in the scoring location. However, strategy is key, as you only know the next two scoring locations at any given time. Therefore, smart timing, sharp wits, and preparation will be your best allies.

Each player uses an identical set of character cards with unique abilities and limitations, and each move can change the fate of influence. Opponents will do everything possible to thwart your control, scoring zones can jump unexpectedly, and your provinces can lose their value in the blink of an eye.
