Move the Nautilus, surfacing and submerging to avoid obstacles and score points for a multitude of elements: whales caught, islands sighted, shipwrecks, treasures found, kelp forests, or even for visiting the lost continent of Atlantis.

Players take on the roles of crew members aboard Captain Nemo's submarine, the Nautilus, navigating between surface and underwater maps in search of discoveries, dangers, and wonders. As they explore shipwrecks, hunt sea creatures, and uncover the mysteries of Atlantis, they compete to score points through clever decisions and spatial strategies. The game unfolds over sixteen simultaneous turns. In each round, players secretly choose one of three rows of characters and then move the Nautilus using the indicated movement points. On their sheets, they draw discoveries and score sighted islands, shipwrecks, kelp forests, treasures, and hunted whales. If multiple players choose the same character, a hazard is triggered, unless one of them has the Conseil card, which grants temporary immunity.

With unique character bonuses, a dedicated single-player mode, and a final score based on levels, the game rewards careful planning and tactical maneuvers. The double-sided map system encourages players to dive and surface at key moments, enhancing both depth and replayability.
