Hatflings! is a fun game where each player takes control of a team of halflings in the famous "hat game" that takes place every year at the Halftown Spring Festival.

To Win the hat game, each team must swap another team's hat for their own as they dance, jump, and romp. The game board has squares for the hatflings that have a hat of their color (orange or purple). Each time a checker is placed on the 6 x 6 square board, all adjacent checkers of the opposing team must be flipped over to show the color of the other team's hat. The game ends when no more half flanks can enter the playing area, and the winning team is the one with the most hats of its color. Different types of half-flanks, such as big-bellied ones or half-flanks on stilts, have special actions.
