The Last Stand is a desperate fight against an augmented Gnome threat. With no rivals to compete with, there is no one but you
to lead the Trolls in their desperate defense of the mountain. The Gnomes are piling up faster than ever with only one defender in their
path and you must do everything you can to ensure the Trolls survive another day. Establishing Strongholds early will prevent the situation from getting out of control
; before the end of the battle you will have to earn the trust of the Clans and save as many sacred Great Halls as you can.

If you fail your mission, the Trolls cannot survive or flee the mountain. Succeed and you will have done enough to give them a chance
to return home one day.

This game tells the story of the legendary battle that occurred many generations before the events of “ The King of the Mountain”. An unstoppable wave of Gnomes has broken through the gates and entered our mountain kingdom. You are one of the heroes who rise to inspire the Troll defenders in our fight for survival. You must rally the support of the Clans, drive back the Gnome invaders, and defend the hallowed Great Halls as the situation worsens. The “Fall of the Mountain King” is inevitable, but your example of ferocity will keep our hopes of returning home one day alive.

This is a standalone game, you don't need to have The King of the Mountain to be able to play The Fall of the King of the Mountain.
