In Valda, each player plays 5 phases during their turn. As a Viking chieftain, you roll dice to harvest resources. Then you explore the worlds to recruit and play cards and actions. Build temples in the different domains Divine is an important goal for obtaining Divine abilities and accessing more powerful spells.

But be aware Be careful, the enemies can attack you with the weapons of the gods. Defend yourself and use your resources and shields wisely. Fight and build with honor to receive the grace of the Gods. What God? That depends on your play style. If you like aggressive playstyle then Surtur is your man, if you like to have many options to time the ultimate combo then Freya is the one for you for you, and so on. To have a seat at the table of the most beautiful Asgardian palace alongside the likes of Odin and Thor is your only goal.

The Viking boss with the most followers at the end of the game is worthy enough to climb the world tree Yggdrasil and become a God.
