Wind Gamin are mischievous entities, inhabiting many of the badlands outside the city. They often appear as dust devils or small whirlwinds, and cause trouble to anyone who crosses their path. Their strange affinity for bright or shining objects can sometimes be used to lure them out of their swirl of motion long enough for them to inspect or carry off the offering.

Some Arcanists have been able to tame the gamin. Chief among these Arcanists is The Captain. He lovingly refers to the beasts as rascals, and they seem to respond to his control over the element of air as if they were nothing but air themselves.
