CUBIRDS

Every day, dozens of birds perch on the fences of our fields. When it is time to leave there is a lot of noise, and the birds are not able to organize themselves into flocks to go home. Help them find their way back to their nests!

Cubirds is a fast and agile card game where you have to try to get as many flocks of birds as you can. The cards are divided into eight different bird species.

Players begin each round of Cubirds with eight bird cards. On the table there will also be four rows of birds (fences). On your turn, you will place a series of matching birds at the end of one of the fences. Birds of the same type will join together, causing the ones that have been surrounded to fly into your hand. When you have a sufficient number of the same birds in your hand, you can lower them to your play area.

The ultimate goal is to be the first player to accumulate seven different species of birds in your play area, or two species with three birds in each. All birds have a small and large flock number, so you can add more cards to your playing area at once. Be careful, because if any player runs out of cards in their hand, everyone must discard their cards and draw new ones, thus disrupting their plans!
